Tips on healthy skin


Here are a few tips to keep our skin to stay healthy;
A. Consumption of at least 8 glasses of water each day, the water serves to remove substances that are not useful and toxins from our body
2. Cleaning the face min. 2 x daily
3. Eat healthy foods and avoid fatty foods
4. Enough sleep can make a fresh face
